You are entirely free to generate, download, print, and distribute invoice and quotation documents to your clients without paying royalties.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our web applications as a competing commercial service without authorization.
• Use the document generator to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal tax invoices.
• Interfere with the normal operation, server availability, or security of the website.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools and guides are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute mathematical precision and GST regulatory compliance, Ascend Systems does not warrant that generated calculations meet your individual jurisdictional tax reporting requirements.

Under no circumstances shall Ascend Systems, its owners, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, billing errors, or GST audit penalties arising from the use of this website.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
